Message	Is it true that you gain more HP when you dont have the converters in your exhaust? isint that illegal, well you cant pass inspection right or is that only for NJ. Does anyone know any performance cats that give a little bit more HP? also if you dont have them hooked up in your exhaust how much more HP do you have
