Message	If you've never ridden, don't buy a new bike....you're gonna drop it and you will be majorly bummed. IMHO, the Gixxer and R6 are WAY TOO MUCH bike for you...you won't learn well and you'll get hurt. Kawasaki Ninja EX500R is a popular learning bike...can find for ~$2500-3500. Get good at riding, then buy a new one if you want.
