I set mine to 10-12 in attempt to control over boost. Anything above that causes boost spike for me. Of course, there are other variables to consider, such as weather conditions (temp, humidity & sea level); the lenth boost hose runs in your setup. What boost level are you trying to sustain...16? If so, that's pushing it per your profile of Stage II+. My setup is something like CH1 42=10.5 CH2 48=12.5 CH3 52=13.5 CH4 56=14.3. Also, try the graph and record feature on the SBC-ID. It's sweet!
