Message	Quality is the same. It just won't have JWT written on it. All you do to get the tune from an ecu is use a Blatz consult cable, and TECU. Then you use the .bin file, EPROM programmer, and an 27C256 EPROM and you have your tune on the chip ready to be used in your socketed ECU. JWT and other commerical tunes are readily available on the net if you know where to look.
