Message	the water bypass as already mentioned which doesn't really "clean up" the look of the bay all that much but does make it easier to pull the plenum in the future. The AIV vacuum lines can be deleted but you'll need your ECU chipped so it is not looking for them, but then you won't have a stock Z once the ECU is chipped. :-)
