Message Timing: you can raise it to ~17 degrees but I'd suggest 15-16. If yours is set low (10-13) raising it will make a good increase in power. Gave me ~20rwhp raising mine to 15.5-16

Boost: If you have a boost controller this is a good time to tune it to keep your boost stable. Its alot easier to watch gauges when the car is on a dyno rather then going 130mph and trying to watch the road.

Air/Fuel: If you have an Apexi AFC or other fuel tuning computers you can adjust your air fuel ratio. If you have the JWT ECU your probably dumping too much gas into the motor. By reducing it with an AFC you can gain maybe 20rwhp and not burn so much extra gas.
