| For old times sake, just keep it friendly. :) Granted, this is only from my personal experience over the years, but I've come to find that most people, in general, are more likely to go public with a problem vs. go public with a compliment. One explanation for that viewpoint could be that you are simply screwing up more than doing an over-the-top job and the number of public posts that go either way are a direct reflection of your performance. Two problems with that explanation though: I dont have to sit down and crunch any numbers to say that 95% of my business transactions go entirely as expected and within that 95%, about half of them provided over-the-top service (delivering more than promised, if you will). But the second problem is the biggest one: you'll have to take my word for it. FWIW, looking just at this post I see one person who's excanges with me was unacceptable and 6 of them appear to me as smooth exchanges+. In response to your statement though, I would be more inclined to say that I would probably learn a lot more from guys like Greg Dupree or COZ than from JWT. :) Hats off to them for their success. Unfortunately their business plan and structure differs from my own by more than it may appear so how much would actually apply is likely to be small to none.
