| I'm not an expert on building an 11 second car, but I do have opinions as much as everyone else. Some would say I have more opinions than others, but that's just their opinion ... :) 1) GT28RS turbos They seem to be the hot ticket for the built motor guys 2) 740cc or 850cc fuel injectors 3) 300 degree fuel rail or z1 fuel kit 740cc in a 300d rail would be my preference 4) droolz intake I'd go with a JWT dual POP with dual MAF, run through an AFC 5) ecu upgrade JWT 6) full 3 inch exhaust Specialty Z 7) built engine This will obviously be your most important decision. My advice is to talk to Kyle at IPP about what will suit your needs. 8) rps flywheel Absolutely 9) rps or southbend clutch Nothing against Southbend, but they're new to the market, and I prefer to stick with what is tried and true, RPS ... if auto - SZ built tranny Honestly, if you're buildin a drag car, auto is the way to go, and supposedly SZ's it the one to go with. Not that an auto would be MY preference :) 10) ash spec massive intercoolers 11) ash spec intercooler piping The gotcha with these two items would be the support from the mfg. Too many "where's Ash?" posts, IMO. I've also seen some of the piping that supposedly was preproduction, and I wasn't impressed. The IC's looked decent, though. 12) MS manifolds Absolutely All of these could be obtained by one or two vendors at most. My personal preference is Kyle at IPP. He knows a thing or two about building a 10 second car, and has top notch service. Most importantly get with someone who will give you good advice and knows what they're talking about, not someone handing you BS to make a buck, especially with the kind of outlay you're talking about.
