Message where you are located. Location doesn't change engine operating range. However, in hotter climate you want to be in the lower range to give you more buffer for raised temps from A/C and boosting situation. But if I am in AZ and running forged piston I will not be running 175, because the pistons are not hot enough to expand to their hot operating clearances.
