| ...the same guys got after me like three times in a row for "going to fast" in construction. Their signs said "SLOW" when the zone was already 25 mph. They jumped into the road waving their arms like I was about to kill someone. I was going, GET THIS, 15 mph (the first time down that road), and slower the next...I can PROMISE YOU everyone else around was going faster in their Minivans, SUVs, and such. So, finally, I just stopped in the middle of the road and asked the worker just how fast they wanted me to go. They said, "just slow down and drive carefully so nobody gets hurt." I told them I was going 10 mph when they got in their hissy fit and jumped into the road waving their arms. So, I think you hit it dead on there! :even you're still in 1st gear.
