Try this link. It will reset your tt.NET cookies (some have claimed that doing this solves the problem so I want to test it out). After you get the 'Thanks' message, close down all of your browsers then re-open a browser and come back to the site. Let me know if you still have problems. I'm not sure WHY this is happening, but maybe this will help alleviate it for now until I can get more time to investigate. Work is crazy these days.
