Message	you will not likely see a scan until it leaves a US International Airport on international dispatch, or when it arrives in your country's customs department, or later....USPS guarantees nothing in the way of TRACKING such a shipment, although you can often see customs related transactions posted on their website with this reference #. They also do not generally start "traces" (paper trail) on packages until the 30th business day, since this is not a delivery-day guaranteed shipping service (only EMS/Express can be guaranteed). :just confirmation numbers that usually only show when a package has been delivered, not every step along the way like the non-government carriers.
