Most refer to the fact that a Florida car title will not show "salvage" even though it may have a salvage history. However, any responsible buyer would pull carfax and see the history of a vehicle. If a salvage history was your deciding factor then you can move on. If you were to approach the purchase of a used car with no responsibility whatsoever, you might be disappointed, but thats common sense, isn't it? Lots of nice cars move state to state through auctions. It doesn't necessarily mean the car is garbage. There are not many big dealerships that will keep a car this old on their lot. Either way, its your money and your judgment.
