Message	leadership in the history of mankind is over there, where centuries of exploiting their own people and using religion to keep them at bay and direct their frustrations, now boiled over to senseless violence, outwards. These people declared war on us a long time ago, I'd dare say the declaration was debatably made clear in Munich in '72, if not then, certainly Tehran in '79. They've never needed an excuse, and our leadership has never mattered they hated carter, they hated reagan, they hated Bush, they hated clinton. Same song, different singers.
