Message Bob,

I noticed your photo ad for the SMZ in Autoweek several months ago. In my opinion, Autoweek has the best classifieds section for sports car enthusiasts (at $385/month a bit pricey also). For a car of your caliber, I'm sure you received the widest exposure possible to a captive audience. Did you get any serious offers?

I guess that I would consider myself in the "demographic profile" for your SMZ (i.e. stupidly irresponsible with disposable income), but you're playing the market is some heady territory. Even as a lifelong Z32 fan, I wrinkled my brow when I first saw your asking price.

Some examples in this week's Autoweek:
1988 Porsche Carrera, 8k miles, $35k
1992 Acura NSX, 14k miles, red/blk, $39k
1991 Porsche C2 cab, 19k miles, $41k
2001 Audi TT roadster, 7k miles, $37k

I wish you all the luck in the world finding the right buyer for your SMZ. There must be at least one well-heeled Z enthusiast out there who will appreciate what a rare jewel you have.

Dean
