You will only limit yourself if you don't decide to look outside the box and accept that there are alternatives to practically everything. Geez, don't go climb in a hole just because of what other people think about what you have done. A true car enthusiast shouldn't care whether the part came from a Chevy, Ford, Mitsubishi, or, OH NO, not even another Nissan. It's just plain blasphemy I tell you, whatever... I had a Mopar guy that really liked the trans dipstick that I put in the car (locking tab, really cool) anyway, he asked where I got it an when I said "the Chevy dealer", he totally lost all interest in it. IMO the guy is so stupid that he let that get in the way of it being a better idea that would work on his Mopar... his loss. And if you do the same with everything else, then that's your loss.
