Message	With all the scammers on here these days, who's to say that the person organizing: 1) Doesn't fix it so that his/her "friends" win the raffle 2) Doesn't run off with the money 3) Doesn't get busted for running an unlicensed lottery On the surface it sounds like a neat idea, but I see a logistical nightmare under the covers.
