will have to do compared to any other front clip, if anything you just have to get new boost hoses. You can see that at least the fuel regulator has been replaced at some point. Take off the timing belt covers and check condition, check oil, put a battery to the starter and compression test. Look under the car to see how badly the oil pan is dented. Obviously this person wanted to be different, but it doesnt necessarily mean it has been abused. If it doesn't have aftermarket boost control that is another sign for relief. Check if it has an aftermarket ecu etc.
