Message	rubber (not rubbers) outside the shop. I don't know if you have made a final decision on where to live, but as noted, the drive from Orange County to Chatsworth will take years off your life. Jim suggested the Westlake/Thousand Oaks area for schools....highly rated and consistently one of the safest areas in the COUNTRY (because it's populated by half the cops in LA, who don't want to live in LA).
