All depends on what you want to do and how reliable you want it. Some of these things don't come with the clip and others are highly suggested: - new driveshaft unless you upgraded yours already - tt fuel pump - motor mounts - transmission mounts - new oil pan b/c the one on your clip will usually be dented - oil pump - new tt harness b/c the one on there will probably be set up for RHD and will not be in the best of shape 3. Reliability seems to be a coin flip but getting them from a reputable source always helps. The consensus I reached was from Coz, Noyan USA, and Z1. 4. Find someone to do it on the side for a lil bit of extra $$$. Supposedly, they can fail you outright for visual inspections since your engine will not be matching to what is registered.
