If you think there is a chance they will total the car you should pull your valuable mods and sell them. The insurance company, depending on your policy, will likely only reimburse you for the value of the car if it was stock. They will then sell your old car to some parts shop who will turn around and sell them. You can certainly pull the ECU, boost jets and other mods that aren't visible. I would pull any stereo components that you could get as well. Pulling and selling the seats may not be allowed...read your policy....
