Why the expense of a custom impeller, housing and seal? I have toyed with the idea of replacing the pump with a custom manifold then use an aftermarket pump that could be mounted alongside the alternator or PS pump. Been a while since I looked into it and I can't remember the company that had a suitable pump but I think it was for road racing. Also, would you not get the same benefits by electrically driving the stock pump? By running it at a speed close to the max the stock pump sees, you should get enough cooling at idle and cruise. Still need the controller and electric fan/shroud though.KK
