and tighten the other one, but I would loosen all the bolts (like you would to clock it) and tighten them all at the same time. If just one was loose enough to fall out, I'd be a little worried that the rest weren't tightened properly and the housing is a bit crooked. That might be me just being overly cautious, but if I got a turbo with loose and missing bolts I'd be concerned. Especially since they aren't the easiest things to get to on a Z. That 5 minutes for peace of mind would be well worth it, to me anyway.
