Message	low milage ttz. Just wondering for reference. If it was higher than that, then I'd expect nothing but perfect everything. But for the minor things you've mentioned, I could definately live with it as long as the title was clean. New oil cap is cheap, if paint looks nicely done minus the door jam (which no one sees), I'd say its acceptable. As for the bumper thing by the headlight. I'm having trouble picturing your question. If you have the oportunity, check behind the bumper and see if its yellow. If its black or any other color, then its an aftermarket bumper and yes, the car has been painted (at least front), and probably been in an accident. "Soap and a shop broom? Oh man, that's rough.
