Message	be considered useful when the SMICs have no air flow and the FMIC has the radiator fan pulling air through it (the FMIC). Will someone please explain to me how any conclusion drawn from a test so conducted could be meaningful. Isn't the proper funciton of an IC ENTIRELY DEPENDENT on air flow by its very design?
