As for the issue itself, try the simplest solution first. Look for a boost leak. That could be solved as simply tightening a T-clamp on your intake hoses (or replacing the hoses if they are old and cracked). Other than that you'll have to describe the symptoms a little better. You do realize that the engine bay (plenum, oil, intake pipes, turbos, etc) does get really hot ("I mean really hot") right? If you can decide if its a hesitation or something like that, then maybe we'll have someting more to look for.
