What would you say is the percentage of VG30 rebuilds performed by professional rebuilders (no garage/driveway jobs.) that are destined to fail early before they are even dropped in the car?

obviously you hear a lot more about failures then successes and this leads to a false sense of fear that a rebuild and a roulette wheel have entirely too much in common. Obviously who you take your engine to is crucial, but if you just had to talk about the raw percentage of good rebuilds vs destined for failure rebuilds.. what would you say?

if you would like to quote a raw average along with your personal numbers for motors you work on that would be cool too, but im more interested on your view of rebuilds in general.
