Go through [ www.courtestyparts.com ] and ask for Vince. You can get the factory black one at a decent price ($125-ish). I've seen so many Z owners botch it by painting it black. Very easy to install. There are two 8mm bolts on the far ends (covered by black cap to prevent rusting) and two *8mm* others that are hidding. You need to take off the hatch "tarp" clips and the center nut to gain access to the "hidden" ones. Becareful after you removed the four bolts, there are four clips also holding the rear piece down. Just open the rear hatch all the way look up, and you'll be able to "unlock" them with some mild pressure of a long flat screw-driver. Be-careful! My stock one, which is almost 10 years old, cracked under pressure, just be very careful! Also, make sure you support the new piece and remove the wiring harness too! Good luck!
