Message	there is a little "notch" in the seam that runs underneath the panel. Where this notch is there is a strenghtened area that is meant to be used for jacking. Also, if you look at the factory jack, you will see the part that lifts the car has a gap in it for the seam to fit thru. If you lift it from the sills using a regular floor jack and don's have something for that seam to sit is, it pushes up the body panel and deforms it :( That's my guess as to what you did.
