Message yes, especially in CT, unless you are purchasing a single family home with someone's preexisting mortgage it is nearly impossible to cashflow. at least with this 4-plex I can live in the 1 bedroom efficiency for only $275/month after mortgage, tax, insurance, water, and trash and then be making about $425 in passive income.
