Message	If you nock is just sticky lifters use some marvel mystery oil. I put it in about a week before I cange the oil. Make sure you use a good quality oil. If It is a true knock from worn bearing ect start deciding on wether you want to rebuild or replace your motor. If you have this kind of knock none of the oil additive will help. Good luck.
