Anyway, he said they can handle florida titles, wanted me to call back and talk with someone else. Guy claimed they could get a clean title. So check them out and ask questions, use a credit card to protect yourself. It may be useful service. Also, call a couple of car dealerships and ask if they know of services like this in the your area. What about the guy you are calling in FL, can he give you the sellers name & phone number. Call direct and eliminate the middle man.
