click I'm in the market for a new torque wrench, and Sears has this one on sale. Has any had negative experiences with longer wrenches i.e. how do you guys torque to spec out of the way bolts with these huge wrenches? Do peoples normally buy a few of these 100 a piece wrenches? They do have the half size ones, but Im hesitant to buy these in fear of the opposite scenario happening. Also, my sockets are 1/2 drive or less, therefore it would make sense for me to have a 3/4 wrench. I'm not even bothering with looking at the beam type, they just look too flimsy. Any insight greatly appreciated. ION, has Craftsman changed their policy? I overheard a customer in Sears yesterday have a titty-fit because they couldnt exchange their reversible ratchet with a new one because of Craftsman "new" policy on warranties, which from what I overheard was "products will now only be serviced, not replaced". Manager didnt know any better, except that said policy has been in effect for a few months now. Anyone heard the same?
