association, but around here a car cannot sit for more than 3 days in the
same spot, technically because of a city ordinance. It's rarely enforced but
if you have a picky neighbor they could have the car towed. Generally you
are supposed to be notified of that however.Sounds like your car hadn't been moving for a while so might look into the
possibility of something like that ocurring. For your sake, I hope that's what
happened so you'll get your car back. Good luck.
