I have been on this site for a while, for a long time lurking around and I have noticed some interesting things with regards to vendors. When I first started looking at this site, Z1 was not highly regarded with some folks and SGP was supposed to be one of the best vendors to get good engine work. It seems that in the last two to three years, things have changed drastically. Z1 seems to have really upped their worth and their customer service. That is great for them and for us as consumers. I have bought things from them and they were real good to deal with. SGP, it seems to me from all the write-ups has left a lot of forum customers down. I understand that Kyle used to work their and has since gone out on his own. I have not dealt with SGP but I have dealt with Coz and Specialty Z and they are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service and to responding to customers requests and questions. I plan on personally dealing with only good vendors and my short list would have to include Specialty Z, Coz, Z1 and though I have not dealt with Kyle personally, I plan to in the future just because of their record of great customer satisfaction. To all those people looking to buy parts and obtain service, do your research, ask lots of questions, use this site and all its features and be thankful there are great vendors who still believe that customer service and satisfaction are the best ways to get repeat and more customers. To the vendors, thanks for your support to all us crazed Z'ers.
