Message	Would have been about the tint... normally for them to ask you do to anything, they have to have probable cause... i.e. if you were driving with your windows DOWN, they would have no way of suspecting you had illegally tinted windows... and thus they should not have been able to make you raise your windows and give you a ticket. The exhaust is a normal problem, comes with the territory, and the markers I'm a bit confused about... sounds like you drew attention to yourself and continued to make the problem worse as time progressed... you should consider yourself lucky they didn't find more to give you tickets for...
