Message What is it about the Z community that sets it apart from other car communities?

*Not really sure, not a part of any other car communities
Is it the aesthetics or the mechanical composition that attracts you to the Z?

*Aesthetics for sure, saw it a few times before I knew what it was, and just thought it was something exotic, possibly italian, certainly sexy

What makes the Z different from owning another type of hot rod?

*I've driven a few other sports cars, and it's a complete package, whereas many other cars seem to lack something, usually comfort, or style, the z has it all

Do you find yourself having personal relationship with others based on your shared love for the Z?

*I'm starting to know people in my area, just based on them contacting me through tt.net, or vise-versa...but not 'too personal' ;) lol

How would you classify the Z community? Family? Fraternity? Friends? Acquaintances?

*It's a community, we don't all get along, but we make the most of it, many become good friends

Does owning a Z mean more than just owning a car?

*Absolutely, ask a woman if a shoe collection is just a bunch of shoes to her...it's an expression of ones-self

If you couldn't drive the Z what would you drive?

*Porsche 944s or 3rd Gen Rx-7

Are you part of any local clubs? If so how involved are you?

*Ontario Z Car Association (have to pay my dues though) I've gone to a few meets, the annual convention twice, and track events, I'm volunteering at the next track even to be a flag boy bioch

Have you met any people in the Z community that have become close friends?

*Friends yes, close is a tough call, that takes a while

What is it that would entice people to join the Z community?

*In terms of bennefits, there's a great amount of support, obviously mostly through tt.net, but even local people are very helpful, but I think that's something that all car clubs/communities share, it's a social thing, being part of something, knowing others share the same interests.
