Message : 2-Are there any engine cooling problems due to the size of the oil cooler, and the blockage of air flow to the radiator? Hence the reason that the Euro-spec TT's also have a more efficient radiator.

Cooling problems? probably not for street driving, but for track driving, probably in really hot temperatures with a stage III and stock rad. It definately blocks more air flow to the rad.

: 3-Are there any real advantages of the NISMO unit over the one offered by Stillen? Obviously, there is a large size difference, but does it really matter?

No,
I would even guess that they're even the same, and rebadged as a Stillen. Size does make a difference, as well as thickness, pipe thickness flowing through the fins, cooling fin arrangement. Stillen makes it easy and only give you ONE option.
