Message	You can change the settings of the V1. You can have it alert you about EVERYTHING. Or you can alert you on what it *thinks* is an alarm. Or you can have it alert on alarms only...but you could get burned by using that. It's also very programmable. So you can change any setting about it. It's probably one of the most configurable radar detectors. Many people don't know that. Because they don't document in the stuff they send you. That's because they have it programmed for optimal/common use. But if you go to their website, they'll tell you how to program everything. Yeah it's pricy....I give you that. But then again you spent all this money on a nice car...why go cheap now? Plus, if it saves you 1 ticket, it has paid for itself. I have 2....getting a 3rd one soon. No substitutions for it.
