Message	highly doubt you will put them on without removing the fascia though. They require some "extra love" to get them to fit. Good luck and I will have to see pics to believe it. I personally would remove the fascia because not only will it be faster but every time when I remove mine I find all sorts of neat stuff I never knew I had down there. Ie, rodents, leaves etc....
