How ya doing?
Well the new Z is doing great. Installed a new water pump, hardwired the Valentine-1 and built a mounting bracket for it that puts it next to the rear view mirror, (thought about doing a wrote up on that), I just received the Specialty Z brake upgrade, (2 piece rotors, pads, and stainless lines), yesterday just ordered a set of Tokico 5 ways frt. and rear, some poly bushings for the front and a couple Nismo rear bushings. Good friend Dustin of Peak Performance set me up with a set of 4 TT rear wheels which I will use for my old DOT race tries, for the S-30 car, 16” Kumho Victoracers. Every time I walk out behind the shop and look at the Q-45, visions of VH45DE under the hood of a Z-32 keeps dancing in my head. John Dixon on Hybrid Z has built adapters for the VH45DE to bolt up to the Z-32 5 speed…. [ http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=110306 ]
Before I get too involved in building a dedicated track Z-32, I have to finish the supercharged V-8 Z first. All the parts are here, just need to find the time between Rusch Motorsports and family to work on it…
