Message	The fact that you parked in the wrong space does not justify the old geezer damaging your property. I would get an estimate on the respray and to rechrome the rim. Write him a letter stating here is the estimates. Offer to to forget the whole thing if he pays for the damage(not likely) If not, you will file a police report and have your insurance company call your insurance company. Or you can offer to file at small claims court.
