from my memory your car was idleing tho wasn't it when the rising water took its toll? so maybe bent up some stuff? just wondering because I locked mine on fuel when I had an injector go bad and was doing a CAS test (just dumping fuel w/o engine running) and I let the plug out and cranked it, the gas sprayed all over hell, but the car ran good, nothing was bent, and still runs good to this day..
