:well one of my turbos was leaking oil so i decided to replace both of them with stock new replacments. My mechanic takes it for the first test drive and the head gasket blows. My Z has about 120k miles on it. The 120k maintaince was just done. I'm going to go ahead and get the head gasket replaced. What else do you guys recommend replacing while everything is torn apart?
efi harness, all rubber lines all gaskets new 300degree fuel rail and upgraded injectors 120k new valves
what is "120k just done"? Like 30 miles ago? could the cam gear have jumped a few teeth and jacked up the valves? that's all i'm sayin... it may be more involved then a simple head gasket. especially if it's 3 cylinders down.
