And he said I had a good hard case, given that I had witnesses to back me up (four of my friends, 0 for the other guy). The reason I care is if you read my last post, I said the guy threw a chain through my chrome rim and wehen taking it out he just yanked it hard, hitting the edge of the rim with the links. Also he parked his motorcycle within an inch of my ront bumper. What I am getting at is since, to the guy I was very calm and didn't say anything but sorry, and since I noticed some indentations from the links on my wheel (like little rock hits on a chrome wheel (I have none except for the area where the chain was put) and there are some scuffs and it seems like a few scatches on the front bumper side, where the dummy parked his bike so close, I should get compensated. I mean, from those I talked to today said that he should have only called for towing, a citation or used a boot if he had one (even that would hae been too much) and he shouldn't have done anythign to block me or damage my property until the towing company came and took care of it. Since I didn't damage anything, and he did of mine, I'm trying to figure if getting a new rim and allowance for a front end respray would be a good idea given this incident. I was thinking Spies Hecker front end respray and one new rear chrome wheel to compensate for his odd tactic? Let me know what you guys think. If you need background, look a few pages back for last nights post on the actual story. Thanks and have a nice day,
