| reinstall cruise control. simple to do. many folks who would buy your car would not know the difference if you had a driver's seat without any power. I'm pretty sure the pass seat is not a bolt on for the driver's side, but don't take my word on that. For the people who would know the diff, yeah, it would NOT be a selling point. The only kind of seat I would use for a replacement would be a racing seat if you're trying to set up the car for the track. Since you plan on keeping the car for a few years, just do what you want and then deal with the results later.
