If you have valid paperwork/documentation that your work should be fixed under warranty either because you have some sort of existing warranty from the dealership you bought it from (assuming you bought from dealership) and/or the cars warranty is still covered via the sale then write a letter to the BBB about the dealership and Nissan...it'll take a bit longer but hey i guarantee you'll get a call back from the dealership/nissan you know how bad a negative BBB report or an open negative investigation makes a dealership look?
