Message	I ordered them a month ago, stated very clearly PFR6B-11s not 11Bs not PFR6G-11s, but PFR6B-11 NGK platinum spark plugs. They tell me ok, they'll place the order and the plugs will be shipped my way. I wait a few weeks, give up, call them. The guy says the order went to processing and that's it. So he said he'd place another order and have them on the way. Two weeks later, nothing, so I called yesterday. Finally talked to Vince, nice guy, great guy actually! Felt bad about the mix up so he sent them overnight to me. Only thing is, they are PFR6B-11Bs. ARGGH! I can't use those. What is the return policy on something like that? Is it gonna cost me? I'm sorry guys, I had to bitch somewhere. Much props to Vince for helping me out as much as he could though.
