Seems to me you have air in your system. bleed all four points. The brake fluid should be clear amber, any white specks are air bubbles. After installing stoptechs, a new master brake cylinder, and the MBC brace, the pedal feels solid, stiff and direct. Bleeding should eliminate mushiness. Now, even after the pedal feels firm, and the car still ins't stopping like it's supposed to, it's because the pads haven't adapted to the grooves of the GTR rotors.
