Message I got hit at a complete stop, other driver going about 30 mph. My Z was totaled, even though I can drive it around town with ease. Any gap inbetween the rear hatch and the tail-light will indicate frame damage. Frame damage = totaled.

File a police report if you haven't done so already. Sounds like you did by contacting the CHP. I hope you have all the other driver's contact info. Sounds like a dirty illegal with no insurance, so I don't know how ugly this can get.
